ATLANTA -- ImagineAir announced its recent expansion into North Carolina, in response to increased demand for their on-demand air taxi service. The North Carolina addition extends their regional service area and provides lower fares in North Carolina, Virginia, and Maryland.

In celebration of launching their latest base, ImagineAir is offering an online promotion for $1 Standby Flights. "Due to unexpected web traffic we had to limit this promotion to invitation only", said Ryan Rodd, Chief Technology Officer of ImagineAir.  Although this promotion is by online invitation only, anyone can apply at: standby.flyimagineair.com.

The '$1 Standby Fares' promotion is currently only being offered in select markets, such as the Raleigh-Durham, Atlanta and Charleston metro areas. This includes flights originating from Raleigh-Durham International Airport, Burlington-Alamance Regional Airport, Greensboro-Piedmont Triad International Airport, Chapel Hill-Horace Williams Airport, and Raleigh Executive Airport.  A full version of the Standby Program will be available to the public later this year, for the entire Southeastern U.S. Pricing will range from $49 to $249.
