The Air Taxi Association has landed a deal to fly Florida's state officials and state employees.

Terms weren't revealed.

The Atlanta-based Air Taxi Association includes Atlanta-based Imagine Air, Boca Raton, Fla.'s Dayjet and Greenville, S.C.'s SATSair. It offers private air travel to the masses through DayJet's per-seat-on-demand service, while ImagineAir and SATSair offer flight-on-demand services. The Air Taxi Association said its deal will let state employees in Florida avoid crowded roads and enable them to travel directly via open skies.

"The state of Florida approval of travel for elected officials and State employees on DayJet, ImagineAir, and SATSair proves that on-demand air travel is within the reach of every company that values their employees' time on regional trips," Air Taxi Association President Joe Leader said.
