Aaron Sohacki,
Chief Executive Officer Aaron Sohacki is a co-founder of ImagineAir along with Paul Fischer and Benjamin Hamilton. As Chief Executive Officer, Aaron is responsible for managing and overseeing the business development of the company. Before founding ImagineAir, he assisted Delta Airlines and ALPA as an independent intermediary, worked at Atlantic Southeast Airlines in flight operations engineering, and served as a flight instructor teaching the students, faculty, and alumni of the Georgia Institute of Technology. Aaron is a graduate of Georgia Tech with a B.S. in Management. He holds a commercial pilot's license with multi-engine, instrument, and single-engine ratings. |

Benjamin Hamilton,
President As President of ImagineAir, Ben Hamilton is responsible for overseeing flight operations, managing and developing the company's pilot training program, and overseeing the operational development of the business. Additionally, Ben will serve as a company pilot. He holds a commercial pilot's license and a flight instructor certificate with multiengine, single-engine, and instrument ratings. Ben holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he served as a flight instructor for students, faculty, and alumni. |

Paul Fischer,
Chief Financial Officer Paul Fischer, M.D., is Chief Financial Officer for ImagineAir as well as one of its co-founders. A graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, Dr. Fischer's interest in small aircraft travel began over a decade ago when he realized its potential for dramatically simplifying business and leisure travel. He brings years of business and entrepreneurial experience to ImagineAir, having been the CEO and founding partner for the Center for Primary Care, PC, Primary Care Properties, LLC, and several other successful companies during his career. |

Kenneth Phelps,
Director of Operations Ken Phelps brings over 35 years of experience with major airlines and over 16,000 flight hours to ImagineAir. Ken has flown almost all general aviation aircraft and airliners from DC-3 to B767, including the New Generation B737-800 series with advanced avionics and heads up display (HUD). He is a consultant for NASA in studies involving the National Airspace System and cockpit automation and is on the NASA Langley pilot simulation roster for future studies. He holds a degree in Business with concentration in Aviation Management from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida. As Director of Operations at ImagineAir, Ken is responsible for safety, flight operations, pilot training and scheduling of maintenance. He strives to make sure ImagineAir maintains the highest standards of professional excellence and discipline while ensuring all aspects of ground and flight operations are in full compliance with all corporate and federal guidelines and directives. |

Frank Park,
Chief Technology Officer As Chief Technology Officer for ImagineAir, Frank Park ensures that ImagineAir is one of the most technologically advanced air-taxi companies in the world. Frank manages ImagineAir's internally designed and developed program, Dynamic Reservations Efficiency and Aircraft Management System (DREAMS). This system allows ImagineAir to operate the most efficient routing possible and makes it possible to forward those savings to the customers. Frank also leads development and research of the unique online reservation system that provides real-time access to on-demand flight availability. Frank earned a B.S. in Computer Science and M.S. in Information Security, both from The Georgia Institute of Technology. His prior research experience in network security and next-generation mobile technology contribute to the on-going development of ImagineAir's mobile programs designed to give pilots the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information while away from their base. |

Haroon Qureshi,
Director of Sales & Marketing As ImagineAir's Director of Sales and Marketing, Haroon Qureshi is responsible for promoting the most cost and time efficient means of air travel available for both business and leisure travelers; and for directing all creative and technical aspects of ImagineAir's marketing and sales. Haroon is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he received a B.A. in Communications. He has an extensive background in marketing, public relations, print advertising, film production, art and television commercials. Prior to joining ImagineAir, Haroon worked in special promotions and marketing for the Coca-Cola Company and was a sales executive for Tom James Company. He is also Vice President of QS Developments, where he provides oversight concerning advertising, public relations, and marketing. |
